Gary P. Katz is the managing attorney for Katz Law Group with over 16 years of legal experience and is the founder of Katz Water Technologies, A Texas startup company. Gary's intellectual property experience is focused primarily on the areas of U.S. and foreign applications for patent, including applications relating to oil exploration, petroleum engineering, offshore technology, mechanical, chemical, refining technology and computer technology.
In 2000, Gary joined ExxonMobil as a patent attorney for the Upstream Research Company. At the Upstream Research Company, he drafted and prosecuted a worldwide patent docket for several divisions and Imperial Oil in Canada. In 2005, Gary was transferred to Downstream Research and Engineering at ExxonMobil and focused on refining and chemical finished products primarily drafting and prosecuting patents worldwide. Since 2010, Gary has represented major corporations, private clients and start-up companies with intellectual property, financing, transactional work and litigation services. Gary has a B.S. (Geological Sciences) and a J.D. from Rutgers University. He is married and has a daughter and three sons.

JEFF GRAEFE, J.D.

Jeff Graefe is a strategic leader, project manager, and business development executive offering more than 18 years of experience contributing to corporate success. Jeff has contributed to start-‐up companies since law school. He also has an extensive background working with Fortune 500 companies from his time as a management consultant with a big 4 accounting firm where he had the pleasure of working within some of the best companies in the world. While working for Intel, General Motors, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and others, Jeff participated in over one hundred million dollars of consulting engagements that produced quantified savings of over three hundred million; during which, Jeff was consistently ranked the highest of the team on customer satisfaction surveys. While on the faculty of the University of Houston teaching Business Law, Jeff was asked to begin an Energy Center for the Bauer College of Business. He along with a retired CEO from Shell Chemical built a Center of Excellence from just a white paper. When Jeff left the Center it had the support of over 40 energy companies, including Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron and ConocoPhillips, had conducted over 50 events advancing critical thought for the industry and had produced curriculum for three energy management programs, one for undergraduates, one for graduate students and one for industry. Since then, Jeff has been active in developing energy projects. Jeff has consulted for GE Energy and has begun two energies-based enterprises. Jeff has a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.

Howard Is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of successful experience in the field of process engineering with special expertise in all areas of petroleum refining, hydroprocessing, delayed coking, heavy oil and Shale oil upgrading, gas plant design, petrochemicals and chemicals, energy conservation, technology licensing, technology evaluation and development. Howard has extensive experience managing and participating on major projects located throughout the United States, South America, the Middle East, the Far East, Europe and the Former Soviet Union. His previous held positions include: Principal Process Engineer, Senior Consultant, Process Engineering Manager, Manager of Technology Licensing, Proposal Manager, Manager Process Design Services, Energy Conservation Manager, Assistant Petroleum Processing Manager and Group Supervisor. Howard has worked for several major engineering companies including KBR, Samsung Engineering, CB&I, Jacobs Engineering, and Foster Wheeler. Howard received a BSChE from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and then a MEChE and Ph.D. ChE. from New York University.
GLEN REAUX

Mr. Reaux, the inventor of the Medical Rebate Savings Account and founder of LiveWell Insurance Products, Inc. has a career that spans more than 36 years of success in business management, marketing, advertising, broadcast television production and journalism. He has won more than a dozen awards for TV production, journalism and television commercial production. His entrepreneurial experience began in 1981 when he founded Simplx Marketing Corporation, a Houston based insurance loss replacement company. In 1986 after Selling Simplx Marketing Corporation, he founded Infinity Vision Group, a Houston based marketing and advertising boutique that specialized in the development of affinity marketing programs and local and national television commercials. In 1991, Mr. Reaux successfully developed and launched a national marketing program called "Travel Dollars, call long distance and fly free!" The program merged airlines with calling card customers to provide discount travel. Infinity Vision Group also developed and provided marketing research, proprietary programs and implementation for The National Medical Association, Tenet Health Systems and the Association of Black Cardiologists

Brian is a leader of organizational development and talent management initiatives including advising and coaching leaders in solving organizational challenges. He utilizes his deep background in consulting and in industry to facilitate change within some of the best companies in a variety of industries, including oil and gas. Brian has a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia, a Master's Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University-California State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
JOSEPH (Jerry) GREENBAUM, B.S.Ch., MBA, P.E.

Jerry is highly qualified as a Principal Facilities Engineer, as well as a Project Manager and Project Engineer. Jerry has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including work on project with or for ExxonMobil, CB&I, Halliburton/KBR Government Services, Enron, Texas Eastern, Tenneco Oil, Amoco Oil Company, Bechtel. Jerry has strong experience in the supervision of multi-disciplined teams consisting of 2-25 engineers, designers, and CADD support personnel. His experience included process design and Front End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed design for major projects in the LNG, oil and gas, refining, power, and petrochemical Industries. Jerry has worked on project sizes from $200MM to $5,000,000,000. Jerry has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a MBA in Management both from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Samuel Behar has more than fifteen years of experience providing tax and business advisory services to individuals and small businesses. Samuel earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Universidad Catolica de Chile as well as a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew.

Dr. Munk founded Pharm-Olam International, Ltd. in 1994 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Munk is a Founder of MB Quest, Inc. and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Munk provided the leadership to grow Pharm-Olam into a global CRO with 25 offices covering over 40 countries worldwide. Dr. Munk served as Chairman at Pharm-Olam International, Ltd. since June 20, 2016. Dr. Munk has over 20 years of experience in clinical research as a principle investigator in over 200 clinical trials while managing his own private practice in Houston, Texas. Dr. Munk has been chosen on many occasions as one of the America's Top Physicians, as well a Texas Super Doctor by Texas Monthly. Dr. Munk is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Fellow of the America College of Allergy and a Fellow of the American Association of Allergy, Immunology and Asthma. Dr. Munk is a specialist in Allergy and Immunology and received a Medical Degree from McGill University School of Medicine in Montreal.

Avi is seasoned in advanced mathematics, physics and computational algorithms with technological expertise in real-time simulation of multi-physics of various technological and scientific spaces including semiconductors, computational electromagnetic, optics and petroleum engineering.
